People are looking for a reason to visit your home, so detailed photos and videos will be what sells it,” said Grace.
It is important to ensure that the little details are taken care of before listing such as paint chips, loose door knobs, loose cupboards, etc. Fixing these items will make selling your home much more appealing to the home buyer. The small things will add up to create the impression that your home has been neglected which would not make a first impression to a potential buyer.
